Elizabeth “Libba” Rose, a former parish secretary for St. Edward Church in Little Rock, died April 4 but could not have a funeral Mass to accommodate all because of COVID-19. Her fellow parishioners and longtime friends instead formed an April 8 parade in tribute to the Libba and her surviving sister Mary Ann Rose, both lifelong members of St. Edward Church.
